Het hotel is smaakvol ingericht en het personeel is zeer vriendelijk. Ze hebben zelfs het zwembad speciaal voor ons geopend, zodat de kinderen nog konden zwemmen. Het zwembad is niet groot, maar leuk ingericht met uitzicht op de sauna. De locatie van het hotel is mooi, naast het bos. Het ontbijt was natuurlijk erg lekker.

The location of the apartment was perfect, being only a 5-10 minute walk from popular tourist sites such as St Nadalia Church. the apartment had all the necessary facilities, allowing us to cook our meals and have breakfast and dinner at the place. the landlord was sympathetic and helpful, promptly assisting us when we had trouble finding the correct apartment.

The apartment we stayed in was much smaller than what was advertised, with a maximum height of only 190 cm.

Great value for money, with a clean and comfortable room. Convenient location in the city centre, walking distance to main attractions, and plenty of public transport options. The staff, especially Nikolay, were responsive, helpful, and accommodating.

The morning meal could be improved by offering a wider variety of options.

Having a microwave and satellite TV in the apartment was a nice touch. I also appreciated their proximity to Banya Bashi Mosque and Council of Ministers Building. However, it was truly delightful to discover that the property also offers a paid airport shuttle service. Who wouldn't want to pay extra for that?

I always come back to this place, no regrets. Helpful staff even got bug spray for me once. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, electric kettle, cookware, and paid airport shuttle. Plus, the flat-screen TV, non-smoking room policy, and no pets allowed. Can't resist a romantic escape here.

Nikolay, the host, was responsive and helpful, allowing us to check-out later and even helping us call a cab. the location was ideal, right in the city centre within walking distance to all the sights. Public transport options were abundant, with the tram just behind the block. the nearby thermal spring water was a delightful surprise, and we enjoyed collecting and drinking it. Wifi worked flawlessly. Cons: Not one thing ☺️.

The size of the apartments was mind-blowing, perfect for large families needing plenty of space. Having both apartments share the same entrance was super convenient. The location was jaw-droppingly close to the center, making it easy to walk or take public transport to explore nearby areas. The apartment was right in the city center, with lots of public transport options and a Lidl across the street. The free access to the nearby thermal spring water was a pleasant surprise, and the wifi worked seamlessly. The apartment itself was spacious and had great natural light despite being on the roof. The location was calm and peaceful.
